Having spent a decade and a half in
schooling, the time had come for
something different; education.

rather wonderful events.

2018-19
IT BEGINS…
After countless hours of planning
and consultation, BEY Home Ed
began its first year as a 2-hours a
day provision for young people on
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

2019-21
THE COVID YEAR
Numbers increased, as did the hour of the
youngsters on site: 3 hours a day.
Holistic learning intertwined with
academic rigour saw youngsters thrive in
lessons as well as extra curricular
sessions.
Covid took us online, but the learning never
stopped…

GROWTH IS HERE
Stability resumed and this year saw us
grow beyond our initial site of Bosnia
House, which we loved so dearly.
Thursdays became a day of expression
whilst Monday to Wednesday we
focused on the academics.

GCSE’S ARRIVE
Relentless innovation in the pursuit of
service to our community saw us
introduce GCSE’s for this year.
This didn’t inhibit holistic growth with
a community day, a residential and a
play at the Hippodrome interspersed
with endless trips & visits.
